The XLR8 Team, Inc. provides coaching and leadership development for individuals, teams and organizations. These tools and processes help create what author Peter Drucker calls the necessary core leadership in tomorrow’s organizations, “creating an alignment of strengths that makes people’s weaknesses irrelevant.” This fosters the release of all that is best in people, leading to the shaping of a positive future. Why coaching?

Coaching is a unique partnership. It allows us to help individuals and teams discover and leverage their talents, excel at what they’re good at and eliminate the interference limiting their potential. We work with them to clarify desired results and fully understand the unique situations they must manage to be successful. The individuals and teams we work with must be willing to utilize the resources we provide, seek feedback and take the actions necessary to obtain their goals.

Coaching involves a journey of self-discovery resulting in personal and professional growth. Through a structured process of open, honest dialogue and feedback dealing with real-time business and personal issues, we provide the support needed to achieve success. The journey may also involve a combination of hands-on experience, observation/coaching, learning from others, and self-directed or classroom learning.

The XLR8 Team, Inc. was founded in 1996 and has built a solid reputation of developing long-term client partnerships focused on improving results through creating great places to work and grow.
