Elaine J. Brady
Coach
Elaine Brady joined The XLR8 Team, Inc., on June 1, 2002, after 17 years in Human Resources with Xerox Corporation, in order to support The XLR8 Team’s executive coaching, leadership development and cultural transformation practice by assisting clients in their developmental endeavors to maximize their full potential.
Her experiences include: Employee Relations Management; Staffing; Compensation & Benefits; People Development; Succession Planning; Employee Motivation and Satisfaction; Diversity; and Recognition program management responsibilities in a wide variety of Operation Manager, Program Manager and Specialist assignments.
She received a business degree from Alfred State College as well as extensive training certifications throughout her career at Xerox Corporation in areas such as:

In her spare time, she is active as her son’s Travel Soccer Team Manager for the Irondequoit Soccer Club, parent volunteer at Irondequoit High School events, co-chairs the Boy Scouts of America annual Eagle Ceremony Banquet and is a past member of the Xerox Leadership Association, as well as Team Captain for the United Way and “Day of Caring” events held locally in Rochester, NY.
Elaine and her husband, Tom, reside in West Irondequoit. They are the proud parents of three wonderful children: Laura, Molly & Andrew.
