Robert B. Peter II is a culture advisor and coach. He helps leaders
and their teams at all levels within organizations improve their own
personal effectiveness while building great places to work and grow.
This focus on creating and developing a strong workplace culture improves
relationships, increases engagement and drives business results.
Bob has enjoyed a successful career accumulating over 15 years of human resource, training and coaching experience in a variety of industries. He earned a B.S. Degree in Economics and completed graduate Human Resource Development work at St. John Fisher College. Bob has been certified as a professional values, behaviors and motivations analyst as well as a competency model integration advisor. He has had articles published in New York State Society for Human Resource Management’s Review, the Rochester Business Journal as well as a number of professional association newsletters. He has spoken to national audiences through the New York State Credit Union League, NYSSHRM, Insitute for Industrial Engineers and American Association for School Personnel Administrators. Bob is a proud father of four wonderful children, Jake, Jonathan, Payton, and Lucas. He enjoys sharing life’s experiences with his beautiful wife Michelle.
