Learning to Lead is a two-day personal executive
leadership development workshop supported with self-assessment
and professional coaching. Participants are introduced to leadership
style, communication and the core leadership practices that are a
foundation to leadership excellence.

XLR8 Leadership Training in Action is a
3-day leadership development workshop supported with multi-rater/360°
feedback and professional coaching. Participants establish a foundation
for values-based leadership, are introduced to mission and vision,
and leave with the tools to enhance team building and leadership capacity
within their organizations.

XLR8 Leadership Excellence is a commitment
to transforming your own personal leadership capacity and building
a healthy values-driven organization. The XLR8 You!!! Leadership
Excellence process is a comprehensive 12-15 month executive
coaching experience including a leadership retreat, personal inventories
and 360° survey assessments targeting both practices and values.
